I played prodigy. I get all the answers right. I am learning how to find the perimeter. I am also working on the Pythagorean and Thyrom.
In a room of 23 people, there's a 50% chance that two people have the same birthday.
Most mathematical symbols weren't invented until the 16th century.
SOCIAL STUDIES
I learned that Turkeys Were Once Worshipped Like Gods. In 300 B.C., these big birds were heralded by the Mayan people as vessels of the gods and were honored as such, so much so that they were domesticated to have roles in religious rites. They were symbols of power and prestige and can be found everywhere in Maya iconography and archaeology.
LANGUES ARTS
I am doing my reading. I am doing my typing. I did my spelling. I did my grammar. I learned that The word "bookkeeper" (along with its associate "bookkeeping") is the only unhyphenated English word with three consecutive double letters. Other such words, like "sweet-toothed", require a hyphen to be readily readable. And The word "triskaidekaphobia" means "extreme fear of the number 13". This superstition is related to "paraskevidekatriaphobia", which means "fear of Friday the 13th".
GYMNASTICS
I am working on my front walkovers. I am working on my splits. I am working on my back handsprings. I am working on my core. I am working on my backflips. I am working on my front flips.
TECH
I am working on my new video. I am working on getting to know the program. I am working on my intros and outros. I am also working on a new recipe.
