week 26

MATH
I did chapter quiz 6. I got 95% or 22/23.    
I did lesson 48. I learned how to multiply and divide fractions. I got 100% or 21/21.  I did lesson 50, I learned how to divide a fraction bye a whole number. I got 85% or 17/20.
I did lesson 51, I got 95% or 20/21.

LANG ARTS 
I read 50-60 pages of my Percy Jackson's Greek Heroes book.
I did 30 mins of typing, I did Q, P, and T. 
I did some typing, I did J, M, and H. 
I learned the difference between led (the lead pencil) and led  (i lead the band)



HISTORY
I learned how St. Patrick day came to be.
A boy at the age of 16 was taken from his family. 3 years latter he "had a vision" that he need to go back to Ireland. 
Then he accepted the name Patrick. 
He then introduced Catholics to Ireland. the day March 17 was the day that he died. 
after the big potato famine people from Ireland can to the US and brought St. Patrick's day with them. I learned that a teacher back in Ancient Greece where called Grammatistes. 


SEWING 
I made some red and white  doll shirts.
I sewed 6 pads for the girls in Africa. 
I am almost done with them. I made a white shawl.




PHOTOGRAPHY  
My mom was taking some pictures in my grandmas house and in doors you need slow shutter speed to take in as much light as possible. Inside there is not mush light so you need slow shutter speed.
