Week 25

MATH
I did lesson 93. I learned about order and powers. 
I did lesson 94. I learned about adding and subtraction powers.
I did lesson 95. I learned about multiplying powers.
I did lesson 96. I learned about multiplying powers but harder.
I did lesson 97. I learned about Dividing powers. (Powers are 4 with a little 5 bye it.)

LANGUAGE ARTS
I did spelling classroom. I did nose tree. I did Grammaropolis.  I did Typing. I am reading a book called "The hourglass door".  

I did 5 hours of handwriting. I am starting cursive.  

GAME DESIGN
I am working on level 3. In that level if you get out of bounds you lose 2 points. The ball is faster. My game had a problem so I fixed that and I am fixing another problem.  



SCIENCE
I learned about solar eclips. I learned about black holes. I did a science experiment.
I wanted to make glowing paist. I knew how to make glow water. So I made paist out of baking powder and HP. (Hydrogen peroxide) I added teh correct ingredients and it turned brown and started to bubble. I thought that it was a chemical ingredient that I put in, so I added each ingredient to some HP and they all turned brown and started to bubble. So I thought that I should filter the paist. And it came out looking like Rootbeer water. (And it didn't glow)    




SEWING
I sewed a doll shirt. It is just a tube. I also made a doll shawl. I sewed to pieces of fabric together to make a shoulder shrug.

week 24

MATH

I did lesson 89. I learned about adding fractions with X's.

I did lesson 90. I learned about subtracting fractions with X's. 

I did chapter quiz 11. I got 24/24 or 100%.

I did lesson 91. I learned about raising a number to a power. 

I did lesson 92. I learned about Scientific Notation.

LANGUAGE ARTS
I did nose tree. I did Zaner Blaster. I did Typing. I did 5 hours of writing. I did spelling classroom. I did reading.. I am reading the last book of Gallagher Girls. It is called "United We Spy."  

I did Grammaropolis.

GAME DESIGN
I am working on my Video game. I am at level 3. My theme is paint. I am thinking there will be 4-5 levels. Each level i will be adding something or changing the speed of the ball. My game is called Paintball.

SCIENCE
I learned about Jupiter. It has 50 moon and 12 more to be confirmed. I learned about the new planet that they say can hold life. I also learned about the new planet that they say is in our galaxy. 
 I learned about air pollution.
I did a science experiment. I put water and ice in a beaker. Then i recorded teh temperature, it was 10 degrees. Then i added some tablets and then teh degree dropped to 3. then I added salt and then it was 1 degree.   

SEWING
I sewed a bag for my phone. I made it out of cotton fabric. I made it for when my phone is charging it can hag and not be on the floor. it was very easy to sew and it took me about 10 minutes all together from cutting the fabric to flipping to right side out. It is a very helpful thing.  

  

week 23

MATH
I did lesson 86. I learned about Fractions and Parentheses part 1. I did lesson 87. I learned about Multiplying fractions with X's.I made cookies with my grandma. I learned that 4 tablespoons are in 1/4 cup and that 8 TBS are in 1/2 cup and that 16 TBS are in 1 cup. I did lesson 88. I learned about Dividing fractions with X's. 





SEWING
I made a pillow. It is gray with animal print words that say DANCE. I am still working on my IPad purse. I sewed up a big whole in a monkey's head. 



G.D
I am in the process of making my game. I am adding onto my Ping game. I changed my background and am adding on levels. I am on level 2. I don't know how many levels I want.



SCIENCE
I made foam out of Water, Yeast, Food coloring, Hydrogen peroxide, and Hand soap. 
I made a balloon inflate with sugar,water and yeast. I played Zoobs. I made a dragon.

LANGUAGE ARTS
I did my ZB spelling.I proof read a stpry and sorted words. I did Grammaropolis. I am reading a book called "Out of Sight, Out of Time". I did nose tree. I did handwriting.I did typing. I did nitro type.

week 22

MATH
I did lesson 83. I learned about reducing fractions with X's.
I did lesson 84. I learned about canceling X's.
I did lesson 85. I learned about fractions and parentheses part 1.




LANGUAGE ARTS
I am reading a book called "Only the Good Spy Young". It is the 4th book of the GG (Gallagher Girls) series. I did my Zaner Blaster. I did Typing. I did Grammaropolis. I learned about the ;. 



SCIENCE
I learned how GoldFish came to be. The early Chinese people breeded the White Fish with the Yellow fish and then the GoldFish was born!



SEWING
I fixed a monkey. It had a big hole in the back of teh head. I started making a Mini Ipad purse. It is Baseball, navy blue, and white pattern.



GAME DESIGN
I have a general idea of what i want to make. It is going to be a running game. There are going to be different levels. I am working on how i want it to look.
